| | Peter Lemon retired as Chairman of Grafton Parish Council on May 20th at the Parish Council meeting. Chris Garman has been elected Chairman of the Council. Members expressed their thanks to Peter for all his hard work in encouraging community involvement in the Parish and achieving so much during his 3 years as Chairman. Thank You to all the volunteers who helped make the Jumble & Bric-a-Brac Sale on Saturday 12th June such a success and to everyone who supported it. We raised just over £1000 for the Grafton Parish Defibrillator Scheme, the Coronation Hall and The Friends of Grafton School.
