PIXAR ANIMATED FILM - UP is showing Thursday September 16 at 6pm.
Coronation Hall doors open 6pm so that all the children can enjoy the film!
Open bar, interval with ice cream and refreshments.

Superb animation turns Disney's tale of a grumpy old man and plump little boy into a touching and exciting flight of fancy.  Highly recommeded for all ages, a touching, entertaining and life-affirming film.   UP, a film so fantasically buoyant, so soaring and so universal, that it is hard to check the urge to get down on one's knees before the cinema screen and give thanks for the joy of being a moviegoer in an age which this animation studio has produced a run of brilliant titles that compare with the golden era of the late-1930s Disney.

Not yet connected to the internet or puzzled by IT?

Evening sessions will re-commence in October. Starting at 7.30pm these sessions are designed to offer a service to those who do not have internet access or who wish to make more of their computers at home.

You will be able to call in for an informal chat and work on any IT aspect which you wish to explore. You could do your online shopping, find out how to create your own photobook, work on a school project which needs some help or just find out what is around

on the net.  Just drop a note into the Hall letterbox to register interest and watch this space for further details.

In addition to Hall funds, a grant from Pewsey Area Board helped to provide the necessary equipment, storage and licences.  Thank you!

Peter Lemon retired as Chairman of Grafton Parish Council on May 20th at the Parish Council meeting.
Chris Garman has been elected Chairman of the Council.
Members expressed their thanks to Peter for all his hard work in encouraging community involvement in the Parish and achieving so much during his 3 years as Chairman.  The new Coronation Hall and all that was involved in the project being the most obvious achievement of his time in office.

Thank You to all the volunteers who helped make the Jumble & Bric-a-Brac Sale on Saturday 12th June such a success and to everyone who supported it.  We raised just over £1000 for the Grafton Parish Defibrillator Scheme, the Coronation Hall and The Friends of Grafton School.

Brilliant!
