There are two alternative venues available during the rebuilding:-
Grafton Primary school.
Facilities for making tea/coffee and sufficient crockery etc will be stored in the school.
Sufficient trestle tables/chairs will be made available for meetings of 30 people (please let me know if more are required)
Toilets are standard size in the school!
Arrangements for unlocking/locking will be issued at booking time.

School main hall will be set out for each Monday session
Horticultural Society
School main hall will be set out for each Wednesday meeting
The school as asked whether the Society might be able to assist with the growing of plants by the children in the school.
Art Club
School main hall will be set out for each Wednesday meeting
Friendship Club
Afternoon meetings held during school holidays can be held in the school main hall, otherwise the church is available if required.
Children’s parties
Weekend afternoon parties can be held in the school – arrangements will be made individually upon request. Out of term time parties may be held during the week on request.
Sales and fundraising
Only at weekends or out of term time.
St Nicholas Church
8+ Trestle tables, 30 chairs and refreshment making facilities will be stored in the church.
The toilet facilities in the school will be available by prior arrangement – alternatives are being explored.
